Chapter Chartering Process
Requirements to become a Chapter:
» Name of unit
» Territory of unit representation (county, college or high school)
» A copy of the unit Constitution, Charter, By-Laws, Certification of Incorporation, and/or any other governing document.
» 5 members information which shall include the following: Name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth (including month, day and year), phone number, and email address. Template
» Have a meeting, elect officers (President, Treasurer and Secretary) & make a list of unit officers, including names, addresses, phone numbers, date of election, date of term expiration, and date of birth.
